Greg Shelnutt lives in Clemson, South Carolina where he serves as a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Art at Clemson University. From June 2000-2011, he was a member of the Visual Arts faculty at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts teaching sculpture. In 2005, he was appointed Director of the Visual Arts Program at UNCSA. From 1988 to May of 2000, he taught sculpture at the University of Mississippi, also teaching for the University of Georgia’s Studies Abroad Program in Cortona, Italy, in 1991. In 1992 he was a Visiting Artist at the Victorian College
of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia.
